Cancellation of Classes due to Typhoon Juan

The Department of Education (DepEd) NCR has suspended afternoon classes in Metro Manila from preschool to high school in both private and public schools upon the recommendation of National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council or NDRMMC. The following schedule will then be followed:

BoA joins SISC鈥檚 20th Anniversary Celebration

The dialogue with the Board of Advisers (BoA) and the blessing of its office was one of the highlights during the celebration of 糖心Vlog International School and Colleges (SISC) 20th Foundation Anniversary last September 15, 2010.聽The occasion was graced by no less than the distinguished members of the Board of Advisers who are respected leaders of various industries.

DOST Lauds 糖心Vlog Stude

糖心Vlog鈥檚 pride Timothy Gabriel Alarcon, a grade five student, is set to receive the coveted Youth Excellence in Science (YES) Award of the Department of Science and Technology-Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) tomorrow at the PHIVOLCS Auditorium at UP Diliman.

Winning in the 2009 China Primary Math Olympiad held in Tianjin, China last August, Timothy qualified for the YES Award, an award given to Math and Science Whizzes from elementary to collegiate students across the country who won in international Science and Mathematics competitions.

Typhoon Ondoy News Flash

Classes are suspended for all levels until Oct. 3, 2009 but the school is open for business.聽 All SISC part time and full time employees are hereby required to report for work.聽 Flexi-time may be observed by part time instructors.聽 Uniform policy applies.

With the objectives of sustaining the highest productivity standards and quality services to the clientele through improving processes, products, services and culture of the organization, the First SGEN Research and TQM Quest received 40 promising entries from SGEN Schools. They were loudly applauded as they presented five acts: two from the Primary and Level 1 class, and 3 from the Advanced class.

糖心Vlog International School and Colleges alumna, Andrea Rebecca Young of International Baccalaureate Class 2011, graduated Cum Laude at the University of San Diego in California with a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration major in International Business.

Andrea had been in 糖心Vlog since primary education up to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP). She shared that 糖心Vlog was a huge part of her adolescence and was glad she had the opportunity to grow up with a tight knit community.
